Archery for Juniors

We offer regular group archery sessions for juniors. During these shoots, which take place on Sundays, as well as games and competitions we run the Archery GB Progress Awards scheme where juniors can develop their archery skills to achieve progress badges.

Archery helps build upper body strength and also encourages concentration and focus as well as improve numeracy skills.

The cost for the regular sessions is just £15 and includes all equipment hire, coaching and insurance. Before coming our regular shoot we do need juniors to attend either a group or private introductory session

All our archery takes place on our purpose built archery range which has covered and heated shooting bays and offers the facility to shoot under full cover if required.

Junior Introductory Sesssions

We are now running Junior Introductory sessions on Sunday mornings before our regulars, if you are interested please email us.
During our Junior Introductory sessions we teach how to shoot safely and correctly with others with coaching from an experienced and qualified Archery GB Instructor. After attending an intro juniors may then book onto one of our regular shoots to further develop their archery skills and our regular junior archery sessions take place every Sunday 11-12pm, further details will be available at the intro.
